Fantastic Hotel with Amazing Staff!

helpful team various options wonderful experience

I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the guest relations team. The amenities such as the pool and the multiple breakfast options exceeded my expectations. The buffet and barbecue provided a wonderful dining experience with various salads.

The hotel's location wasn't ideal, it required a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions. This made it a little inconvenient for quick trips and spontaneous outings. I hope they can improve accessibility to nearby points of interest in the future.

Rooms

9/10

The room had modern decor with bright accents and comfortable furnishings. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. The room also included a minibar stocked with complimentary beverages. A balcony overlooked the pool offering a relaxing view.

Dining

8/10

The breakfast buffet included a diverse array of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. (The omelet station was a highlight!) The hotel's restaurant offered a menu of both international and local cuisines. Guests can find several dining options nearby.

Service

10/10

The staff was consistently attentive, addressing requests efficiently and with a smile. Housekeeping services maintained a high level of cleanliness. The concierge provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and activities and arranged transportation as needed.
